We collect and store personally identifiable information via the order form when customers place an order. This includes but is not limited to name and email address. In addition information is collected about the mobile phone such as IMEI numbers or serial numbers, model and locked network.

We store all information entered on the order form regardless of whether the user complete the order, and we may contact the user using that information in order to offer assistance if no order is completed. This includes when the order form is partially filled out but the user does not proceed to the checkout page.

During the checkout process, if the payment is made on Mobile Unlocked (not on a third party site such as PayPal) then we collect the necessary payment information. However, this is instantly transferred to a PCI compliant payment processing company and we do not store the information ourselves. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Via our helpdesk we also collect such information as is deemed necessary to assist a customer with a support request and that they choose to send us.

Through the use of third party analytics software we collect general information about our site visitors but this is not identifiable to any one person.
